The TAC is an advisory and coordination body comprising over 15 representatives from government agencies, non-governmental organizations and private sector coalitions. The committee is mandated to meet monthly to provide technical guidance and policy advice on environmental and climate initiatives to ensure they reflect national priorities and align with international commitments. The TAC facilitates cross-sectoral engagement and institutionalized stakeholder participation, reviews technical documents and project progress, conducts risk analysis, and provides technical oversight for internationally funded environmental projects. Through these functions, it supports knowledge sharing, coordination across sectors, and the mainstreaming of climate and environmental policies.
